Cleanup Campaign carried out successfully! In reference to World Cleanup Day, the Kitabanga Project in partnership with the Kissama Foundation and the National Waste Agency carried out a campaign to collect solid urban waste on Palmeirinhas beach, one of the sea turtle nesting areas in Angola and also, one of the sampling points of the Kitabanga Project. This work was carried out successfully, with the participation of volunteers from different areas of activity, from the Escola Portuguesa de Luanda, Samu Artes and members of the Destaque community. Special thanks to everyone who participated in the activity and who helped to keep one of our beaches clean. All together for the protection and conservation of sea turtles in Angola.
